Pecorino del Busti Timbrato
A traditional table pecorino with a short maturation period, it has a thin light ivory rind. The paste is straw-yellow in colour, with limited eye formation. The delicate aroma of sheep’s milk, never pungent or sharp, combined with the soft, doughy texture fully satisfies even the most difficult palates. Immediately recognisable by its historic red stamp on the upper face of the cheese wheel.
