La Mini Pec Ricottina di Pecora
Practical ricotta in a 380 g take-away version, available in both variable and fixed weight. Mini Pec is made exclusively from sheep’s whey with the addition of whole sheep’s milk and is extracted directly from the heart of the “double bottom”, where the ricotta is most tender. It is excellent eaten plain as a dessert at the end of a meal or accompanied by red fruit preserves, honey and chocolate. It is the classic ricotta cheese that cannot be missing on any table.
