Pecorino Affinato in vinacce arricchite da vino Chianti DOCG
The uniqueness of this pecorino is linked to its special affinage under red grape marc enriched with “Chianti Wine DOCG”. This cheese, matured in this way for more than 3 months, gradually acquires the intense scents and aromas of the wine and leaves a strong, acidic flavour on the palate. It is presented covered in marc, so the rind takes on a characteristic dark magenta colour, while the light, compact paste slightly tends towards violet.
