Ingredients

  • 80 g Pascoli di Siena Vegetable Rennet
  • 1 sandwich
  • 80 g coppa di Cinta Senese (air-cured pork meat)
  • dry tomatoes cream

Preparation:

Cut the sandwich in half, then lay the Pecorino and the coppa slices.
Top with some tomato cream drops, close and serve cold.
